Small in size, but with big plans, this company's main two objectives were to bring state-of-the-art equipments and technical know-how to indian industries through imports, and to stimulate Indian exports and give it the impetus it required.
Today, Barely Fifty years later Hei Imports a comprehensive range of sophisticated machine tools from Europe, USA and Japan. It has established ties with all the major countries of the world and has executed many important projects successfully. In 1992, Grover Vineyards, a subsidiary of HEI, fruitfully launched their first vintage of Red, White and Rose' wines, made exlusively from French vine grapes!
Indeed, the company that started small has definitely done itself proud. HEI has now grown into an All India marketing Organization, represented in all the major indian cities. Its sales offices and service centers are in close contact with its clients. Further, are company maintains a team of highly qualified engineers, veterans in the field of machine tools.
