The single purpose machines and automatic machining lines play an important role in the production program of TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s. During sixty years of single purpose machines and automatic machining lines manufacturing, TOS Kuřim has mastered machining of a wide assortment of various workpieces and parts. The standard operations carried out on our machines include the whole range of drilling, boring, threading, milling and turning operations, deep drilling by using ELB and BTA systems, rolling, various checking and measuring operations, simple assembling operations etc. For these machines are using standard control systems SIEMENS.
To design and produce single purpose machines, machining and transfer lines the typified knots are mostly used. It make possible to manufacture the machines very effectively and to meet individual demands of the customers.

This machine consists of 2 boring units and 3D milling unit. Each boring unit is equipped with 2 spindle heads. The machine is fitted with a rotary table which allows the component to be presented to the machining units. The loading of the components is carried out by the machine operator. |
