2D Transfer WB: Product description
The walking beam transfer systems by GÜDEL are based on a modular concept. They are available in various sizes and configurations in order to fulfill the requirements of different applications.

WB/S (Single)
The single rail version of the walking beam (Fig. #2) is best suited for applications in tandem lines with small and medium size presses for maximum parts width of aprrox . 800mm

WB/D (Double)
The double rail version extends the areas of application in regards to the weight and width of parts. Additionally, this system can be operated as a version with bi directional feed direction of the workpiece. This doubles the number of possible workpiece stations.

WB /LP (Long Pitch)
With the LP version, the crossbars are moved with carriages on the transfer rails. (Fig. #4) This system, can achieve pitches of up to 3000 mm specially designed for applications in tandem lines or in multi slide presses.
