Blank Loader BDS: Product description
The destacking systems are based on the GÜDEL modular system that is constructed of GÜDEL standard modules. The flexible structure enables easy adaptation for a wide range of parts, the system layout and logistics.

BDS/TP Transfer Press (Fig. #2 & 5)
The TP style blank destacker transports the blank directly from the blank stack to the centering station (BCS/TP) or to the first die station. It is mainly used in combination with the 3 axis 3 axis transfer systems.
BDS/TL Transfer Line (Fig. #3 & 4)
The TL style blank destacker is specially designed for handling large blanks that are used on press lines and compact presses. Processing these blanks often requires a washing or spraying system that takes place between the destacker and the centering systems. The system removes the blank from the stack and transports it to the designated station. Should the washing system be moved offline, a bypass belt conveyor carries the blank to the spraying system.
